Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Free & Premium plans

• Free accounts get 3 diagnoses per day.
• Premium is $2.99 per month or $25 per year and unlocks unlimited, expert-grade diagnoses.
• Renewals happen automatically on the cycle you choose (monthly or yearly). You can turn auto-renew off, switch cycles, or cancel from the Profile page at any time.
• Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, don't attempt to scrape or overload the service, and don't misuse the community feed (spam, harassment, or misinformation).

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
