PlantWatch AI ("we", "our") operates the PlantWatch AI web application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account data — email, name, country, role, and billing plan you select at signup.
• Uploaded images — the plant photos you submit for diagnosis. We store them so you can view your history.
• Community posts — captions, locations, likes and comments you publish to the community feed.
• Billing metadata — payment status returned by Flutterwave. We never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To run the diagnosis pipeline, save your scan history, power the community feed, enforce free/premium quotas, and communicate account changes.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with the processors that make the app work — our authentication and database provider, our payment processor (Flutterwave), and the AI model that returns the diagnosis.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your posts and delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deleting your account removes your profile, scans and posts.
